Top seeds through to wheelchair finals
It was business as usual for the top seeds in the wheelchair gentlemen's doubles on Saturday.
No.1 seeds Stephane Houdet, of France, and Japan's Shingo Kunieda booked their place in the final on Sunday after beating Britain's Gordon Reid and Maikel Scheffers in the semi-final, 6-3, 6-3.
In the opposite section of the draw, No.2 seeds Ronald Vink and Frederic Cattaneo defeated Tom Egberink and Michael Jeremiasz on Court 14. The Netherlands-France partnership came through in three tight sets, 6-4, 4-6, 6-4.
In the wheelchair ladies' doubles event, No.1 seeds and Dutch duo, Jiske Griffioen and Aniek van Koot will contest the final on Sunday against Yui Kamiji of Japan, and Britain's Jordanne Whiley.
The unseeded pair secured a spectacular 6-1, 6-2 victory over Marjolein Buis and fellow British player Lucy Shuker, on Friday.
